(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score hey guys. had my autotech 2.5 years and never installed them until last week. idle is 415/435, wot is 1700+ (I did dip into 1600's once). on decel I know the pressure drops but earlier I had a low of 193.. lowest it's ever went. usually drops to a low of like 220 tops. should I take it apart, clean and inspect and put backk together? |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'm just a little worried, because my car hiccups on a cold start. also, I didn't get a long but I did a pull and I came to a stop shortly afterwards. idle was 382 and seemed to keep dropping.. car also seems to hiccup in first Gear, sometimes it feels like it misfires hard at 5kish |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Mine did the same Aro 4 months ago. I cleaned the male and female connection to the pump and made sure the connection was good and clean. I haven't had an issue since. I am running 50/50 E85 so I thought the spill valve may need a clean or the pump but not yet. Your good man but check the connection to make sure its good and clean.

| Not Ranked : 0 score If you're having issues then you should definitely clean the pump. Even a tiny bit of sticky death/film of it can cause some minor issues, which can turn major if not taken care of.

honestly I think it's just the engine. car has 60,050 km, and mazda just put in a new engine under warranty at 48,000 km. it was misfiring bad in first, until I changed the plugs (ngk iridium one step colder) and fuel pump together. I also frequently have trouble starting the car when it's warm, it cranks and cranks before it catches. but this has been goin on since about 20k which leads me to believe egr is bad. | |

| Not Ranked : 0 score take that shit back to mazda. You don't need colder plugs, you need stock heat range properly gapped.
