Default Fuel Pressure Woes

I have a big issue. My fuel pressure is shit right now. Literally started the car and started driving, all of a sudden it went crazy. Now have a loud mechanical noise by the HPFP area. Pressure during idle is anywhere from 75-275psi... Driving I can't get over 1100psi. I will have misc. knock readings and my trims are well above where they usually are. I HAVE AUTOTECH INTERNALS ALREADY INSTALLED, have had them for well over 30k. I already checked the spill valve, and cleaned it. Already pulled the entire pump, and nothing was visually wrong with it. I'm thinking about putting back in my stock internals and seeing if the issue is the same just for the fuck of it. I'm out of ideas at this point for a fix. Anybody have any ideas or had this issue before? Also checked all connections to the pump as well.

And for some reason this shit won't let me post my datalog. So I'll try and find a way to do that eventually.

Default

Follow up to the post, swapped the high pressure relief valve and everything is in working order.
