Default High pressure when coasting

As per this datalog, the desired vs actual HPFP shows a huge discrepancy once I let off the throttle. Is this normal?

The thing I see is that the actual psi remains very high after letting off the throttle and coasting. The afr shows 29.xx like it should, and I have no issues with backfiring or anything like that.

I assume the psi should drop immediately when there's zero throttle, yet it takes a blip or two of throttle to calm it down and get to a reasonable 400 psi.

Here's a video of the ap in action. Do you all see this on your speeds? Thanks

You let off the throttle, ecm cuts the injectors way back, fuel in the rail has nowhere to go, so pressure stays high until some of that fuel is used.

It's normal.
