Default Alternator change

Yesterday I put a new alternator in my 2012 MS3 sense my old one was going out, I got it in and working drove it home and the battery light was on but then it went away. When I got up this morning I started my car and let her warm up, but once I went to back out of my parking spot my power steering went out, my head lights flickered, my radio wouldn't work, my ac wasn't going. Then like 1 minute later it all started working and all the lights on the dash board went off and it was completely fine. I park the car at work, and go out on lunch and my cars interior turns on, radio works, ac works, all lights work, but it just won't start. It makes a clicking sound like it's trying but it just doesn't actually turn. After looking in the battery, I checked the connectors and they seemed tight, then I check the alternator connectors sense they were a pain yesterday taking out. My connector on the bottom is in good, but I took the tweezers in my car and checked to see if the grounding bolt was tight and it still turned, could that be the issue or could something else went wrong that I'm missing? Do I just need to jump it and tighten the bolt and try to clean off the connectors and stuff? Thank you for the help!
