Default Independent fog lights

Fellow esteemed 2nd gen drivers:

Has anyone figured out an easy way how to add independent fog light capabilities to our cars? Yes - I know there is the wire splicing method but honestly, I can't be bothered with taking half my dash apart and hax0ring my fuse box which, knowing me, would cause some sort of a nuclear explosion. I am sure someone has figured/devised/made some sort of a module that can be plug'n'play... or is it all just wishful thinking?

They are controlled by a IC, not a relay so it isn't possible unless you build up another light controller, or run your own wiring connected to a switch to control them independently.
