Default Parking lights stay on in rain.

Curious if anybody else has had this happen.
Owned the car since April ‘18. Only happened twice. Both times during prolonged rain. Once in september, once today (december).
Drove the car in the rain and parked it, unloaded groceries, shoveled and came in.
Two hours later my wife says ‘your lights are on’. I check, they are not ‘on’, doors all closed properly. Just the front and rear marker/parking lights and plate lights. I washed the car yesterday, rinsing off all the road salt/sand. Lights didnt stay on until today, and i drove it yesterday after washing too.

Last time i made an appointment with my garage to check it out, but by time i returned to my car after work they were off.

I dont have a garage to park in and it’s obviously rained more than twice this year, but its very odd, and nearly impossible to replicate.

Thanks all.
