(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'm holding 33 psi of fuel pressure max at idle and throttle won't respond or build any pressure 1. Replaced fuel line from firewall to hpfp. 2. Removed spill valve no gunk it's clean as shit. 3. Replaced steel hard line from fuel rail to hpfp 4. Replaced relief valve. 5. Replaced injectors with flow tested injectors from Kozmic Motor sports 6. Using beCuse seals from Corksport on injectors 7. Replaced spark plugs. 8. Hpfp internals removed and cleaned. This all started after 1000 miles of 100% e85 and yes you can troll me but I was pushing 130 + idc with no fuel cut. Ran 50/50 no issues and eventually swapped back to 100 93 octane Car started making squeaking noise and wouldn't boost. Drove her home and next thing I know my boost gauge wasn't reading any vacuum and she wouldn't accelerate at all when previously my only issue was hitting boost. Ran compression test and she held 185 , 190, 191, 191 Grounds look okay and I'm not sure where to go next ... Wiring harness to injectors? Cool pack harness? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score What does your key on engine off fuel pressure sit at? Your in tank pump could have failed which means no fuel to the hpfp. I know you cleaned your hpfp internals, but did you make sure it isn't binding in the pump housing? tapatalk, it sucks |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Also I've checked all vaccum hoses for leaks. Nada. My cars is heavily moded and simple. No purge valve it's VTA. Here's a few pics and no the HKS BOV is not leaking either |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score If this fixes my problem in gonna give you a big wet fucking kiss lol. To further describe my issue I was driving her at interstate speeds on the way back home holding 450 psi max when I couldn't boost. Turned her off and tried to start again and had no pressure at all. She's got blue smoke coming from exhaust heavily when started and a good idle for a second or two then she drops to 250 rpms and dies Also failed to mention that I was pushing the Corksport turbo at 27 psi for 3k ... She has some shaft play now and a little oil in the charge pipe but nothing major. If I had to do this over again I wouldn't run it beyond 23 psi Last edited by Xtrinsic1337; 06-01-2016 at 08:23 PM. (Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score So get this I take apart hpfp and spot cleaned everything again. This time I didn't plug in the fuel lines because I forgot and she started and held normal idle. Fuel pressure is now at 71 psi wtf Also noticed my hpfp seal has a spot missing at the oring I bet when I reseated it the deal was better. In going to replace this and try again. (Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Replaced in tank fuel pump with a dw65c and bought a used hpfp online which still had the cam casing on it and was in working condition. I still have the same god damn problem!!! Some help here would be nice. Tried with and without auto tech internals. The only thing different now is I can slightly rev the engine and it held idle for a few minutes then died. The hard lines and the fuel rail are the only thing I haven't fucking replaced! |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I had a problem with the fuel system on the gen one. I'm not sure if there is much difference between first and 2nd gen fuse box, so you would have to look at some diagrams. My car would start and die once it reached idle. There is 2 FP relays. One is for initial start up and then it switches to the other one once it reaches operating temp. In my case the 2nd relay was not getting power thus the intank pump was not getting power. So, you might just have an electrical issue. Might want to check if the relays are getting power.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Way off topic but I see you using stock heat shield and a 2.5" Cobb intake so are you running your K04 at 26psi + 19.5* timing? Maybe that is why you are having probs lmao
