(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  P0303 First time posting on here. Just bought a 2013 speed3 with 40k a few months ago. Recently had gotten a p0303 (cylinder 3 misfire). I put oem plugs in, gapped to .028. Moved around coil packs, still stayed on cylinder 3. Had a compression and leak down test done that came back good. Heres the weird thing.. ive replaced plugs a couple times, and they ALL have carbon build up on the bottom of the plug within 10-15 miles of driving. Next im going to swap injectors and see if it follows that. But a bad injector at 40k seems off. Ive read a little bit about fuel relief valves giving people p0303 codes too.. Pretty narrowed down to it being a fuel or possible electrical problem. Any advice would be lovely at this point. Car will run almost fine. Idle is a little rough and can hear random popping out of exhaust. At wot i hold boost (so no vacuum leaks) but you can tell the power osnt 100% there |
