radiator taken out and put back in, now A/C only works at night

My radiator support was broken and my radiator needed to be removed and put back in.

Before the radiator was removed the A/C worked perfectly.

Now after the radiator was put back in the A/C only works at night.

Along with no A/C, the cooling fan also does not kick on when I turn the A/C on during the day.

At night it blows perfectly cold and the fans work.

I thought that they just forgot to put in a connector or something when putting the radiator back in but now that the A/C works at night I am thinking there is a different issue.

What cold this be?

if you paid to get it done, why do you try to fix it by yourself, go back there and ask to complete the job.
the ac rad need to be moved to get out the rad support so probably you ran out of freon because it was disconnected or an ac pipe-joint or something got broken in the process... but if you aren t a mechanic with stuff to trouble shoot AC system, there isn't much you can do by yourself unless you learn on youtube how to use cheap ac fluid with propane based but....

By the way, the small plastic part of the under tray is needed for proper cooling
