| Not Ranked : 0 score He was an asshole. I met him at a SEMA show in Vegas. I watched him interact with other people offering him high praise on his work, still acted like an asshole. Chip Foose was the smiling face of his customs. I'm glad they parted ways. |

It does suck he passed. he introduced us ot Billte parts. and for years his wheels everyone had. (2pac car had BOYDs on when shot) had a ton of sales. BUt yes it always sad to loose someone influencial in an industry. |

(Thread Starter) | I was meaning to stop by the shop over there to see whats up. I think they were aware he was going to pass days before because that casket they painted, wasn't done overnight. regardless is anyone liked him, he will always be known as the billet god, that groomed Chip Foose into what he is today.

(she also dated Greg coddington for years). well Boyds Wife told Gred, Chris (both his sons) last week they could buy the business form her. WEll everyone went to work thismornign. The door were closed. she sold the business off over a week ago. Didnt even give his sones a chance to buy it and keep it going. SO as of now the shop is closed also. (wifes friend Jennie is upset. before boyd passed he called her and asked her to come back to work, sonce she went off with the wheel divcision to american racing.) she just started working again ther ein january. then he got sick and passed. . BUt yep the shop is closed for now. |

Chris took a loan against his house. and they went it with a check this morning. Thats when everyone found out the doors were locked. (emplotyees tools and stuff are inside also). |
