| Not Ranked : 0 score I installed this but only fitted the plate and did not bother removing the tube and fitting plug... What / if any benefit is there from completely removing tube and fitting plug? I've tried searching but can't find the answer...

Basically, you're gonna have a massive vacuum leak. @KevMS6; You need to install the plug on the intake manifold side. Due to its design, both parts are required for this. The plate blocks off the egr valve port at the block. The plug blocks the port on the intake manifold. | ||
