(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  BNR Stage I As far as the stage 1 BNR turbos, would I need to install a fuel pump, or have a standback, or get a new tune? Or can I just install it and go. I'm looking for a reliable, non smoking car and I cannot get that with a KO4, so BNR it may be. But I'm also not looking to get too away from stock either. HELP!!! Thanx |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Donate and search, but I would imagine you would need a fuel pump with a bump in boost, as well as a tune since it differs from stock k04, but that is just an assumption. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yeah, reworked K04s can barely be considered BT. If you want more reliability and way more power, get a bolt-on ATP turbo. Yeah, you're restricted by the Mazda exhaust housing, but a 3071 will make plenty of power.
