Default can you utilize and internal AND external wastegate?

i've been thinking about doing a 3076r swap for a while now and i have a question. i am leaning toward the direct bolt on from street unit but i am nervous about internal wastegates on a bigger turbo. i know there were boost creep problems before and i don't want to run into those problems.

could i run a steedspeed stock mount mani with a 38mm ewg along with the normal iwg from on the bolt on?

or would the iwg that comes with the bolt on be enough wastegating powa

You could get the bolt on turbo and weld the iwg shut so you can use the ewg. I'm pretty sure you can't use both simultaneously.

well the plan as of now is bolt on with stock mani and then IF i get creep (which i hope i dont) i might get a steedspeed mani with ewg. i know you can run 2 ewg's but i'm not sure if you can use an internal and external

also, while it obviously isnt ideal, is the stock mani and all that shit ok with the 3076? i know its a "bolt on" but is fitment still okey dokey?
