Default Finally time for BT

So I have been on here for almost two years now, found this forums a couple weeks after i got my 6, and honestly this place is like crack....everytime i got a new part, i was already planning 10 parts ahead. got in touch with @JP@edgeautosport.com and he has really helped me out w/ the parts, considering i started talking to him last may, i just finished my last order w/ him today. lol. but for anybody thinking about doing a bt build. hit jp up and you will never regret it. great guy, great service, what else can be said?
Also wanna throw a big thanks to @StreetUnitMark for selling me his gt40r kit for a great price, the gt40 was just too big for me (thats what she said...) so i ended up getting a smaller turbo.
but anyways, my car goes in for a motor build in a couple weeks, i am currently deployed, so when i get home (kentucky) around 1 april i'm going to finish putting the car back together, and hopefully i will finish the car off with a perm tune. If you all could be so kind, please tell me if there are any parts i'm missing from my build.

so far this is what i have.

corksport exhaust
PnP intake mani
t4 exhaust mani
downpipe
fmic
perm tuning intake
act 6 puck clutch
jbr rmm
cpe rear diff
occ
t4 divided gasket
autotech fp internals
t4 gtx3076r a/r 1.06
cpe safe seals
cams from @06Speed6
k1 rods
wiseco pistons stock bore
oem main bearings
oem thrust bearings
oem upper and lower rod bearings
gasket kit
meth kit
and there could be more shit but i'm not thinking of it right now.

I will post pictures when i get home on leave before the fail begins, never worked this much on a car, don't know a lot but I think i will eventually figure it out. lol. may be asking a lot of questions at the beginning of april. so please help me out, i will need it.

I have a recommendation: PTP high pressure relief valve. @Erich is holding 2050psi steady fuel pressure. It will help free up a fair amount of injector duty cycle.

Also while your at it have John at PTP send you a windage tray, bsd and ask him about his crank case vent kit. These cars build alot of crank case pressure without something like john sells. Matts occ kit helped mine alot but still builds pressure past 24psi

I have a few problems with the PTP crankcase kit. I would personally tap the valve cover for 1/2 NPT, put an elbow fitting on it, then put a McMaster-Carr valve inline. More reliable. You can also just core out the PCV valve on the stock oil baffle and run another McMaster-Carr valve inline to the exhaust.

well i am hoping for 450-500 awhp, i bought another turbo so i'm going to post the gt40r on here for sale soon. waiting on the wife to take a picture for me, i wouldve posted it already but i'm deployed. and from what i have heard, not sure if i'm correct but the t4 gtx3076r will spool a tad bit faster than the t3, so we will see. after i get all this work done im gonna start saving up to get the head built.

@Angr-E1 yea i heard somebody was looking at the kit, the thing that i was all about was everything it came it, turbo aside it was well worth it. when i heard whoever was looking didn't show, i was on that bitch like a spider monkey.

@driver311, i'll def look into that crank case vent kit, if you have contact info for him shoot it to me, but i'll check on the forum and see if i can find anything out.

Update.....no good.

So I left my car with my dad before i left for the deployment, so he could drive it a little every week, and to keep it from being kept in a garage for a year w/o being ran. I get a phone call a couple weeks ago and he was on the road and hit the sidewall of a semi tire, said he had nowhere to go, blah blah blah, regardless, it shattered the front driver side bumper, ripped the fender well out, and broke the rear bumper exhaust exit, after taking to body shop, the radiator was fucked too....needless to say, it was like my best friend died. lol.
but got the car fixed, he said it looks good as new, took it to a dealership, shitty thing is, i will be home in a week, and don't have time to get the engine built, so i'm debating on just taking 2-3 days, and doing the top mount build myself, and leaving the engine to be built after i come back to afghaniland. Not really where i wanted to be right now, but what can i do.

tl:dr was expecting built motor, car was wrecked, no time, fml

Just wait until your back to do the build correctly. Pull the engine, have it built, go on vacation, relax then put it together. Dont waste your mid tour leave on the car.

A properly flanged GTX3076 build with a proper A/R. This is very interesting. Good luck with everything waiting for the results. These ATP mazda flanged GTX3076s should not be able to touch this.

This has been a long time coming, but i'm glad its finally coming together. But I continued to run into delay after delay.

First off I gotta thank @ant00man and jp@edgeautosport.com. JP always hooked me up on all the parts I needed, and i bet he is glad this shit is finally coming togeter, i'm sure he is tired of me calling. lol. Either way he shipped everything out really fast, and there is no other company that i will ever give my money too. I was lucky enough to randomly run into jp at tx2k13 last weekend, it was funny, but another story in itself.
I randomly met a guy on the forum who was about to move to fort hood and offered to help me build my car, so needless to say i have spent a lot of time at marks house bullshitting and working on cars. I have been reminded numerous times that i am a dumbass. lol. but anybody who knows me will agree that when it comes to mechanics i'm a total retard. anyways thanks to everybody for helping me along the way.

BUT....for the update on the car. Finally got started on the car a couple weeks ago. Dropped the block off to the machine shop about a week and a half ago, picked it up today and started to put shit together. We got the bottom end put together and bolted the head on, the goal is to have it running by friday night. Worked out good i guess that it took the machine shop so long to finish because when we were going through my parts, i had forgotten to get a lot of shit. stuff that i honestly thought i had already purchased.

I will update again sometime this weekend. but hopefully we will have everything completed before sunday at the latest. GTX30 HERE I COME!
