Default GT3076r Build

need some suggestions guys/gals:

I have a 2008 ms3 that i just got tuned by a local tune shop. here is a list of my mods:

gt3076r
corksport downpipe with 3" turbo back
4" cpe inlet pipe
cobb sri with 3.5" MAF
autotech fuel pump internals
upgraded injector seals
cobb fmic
cobb ap
hks bov
greddy type 2 boost controller

so my car is fully tuned and i only put down 353 to the wheels on 20lbs. i was having boost cut after 20lbs, so i basically want to know what i need to do to get to the 400hp mark. i am guessing that i might need to install the boost cut killer correct? if i can get up into like 22 or 23 lbs then i should be able to hit 400hp right? dont get my wrong now that i am tuned the car is running great. any suggestions as to what i should do next please let me know. i still need to upgrade clutch, but as of right now my stocker is holding strong.

So your tuned but you have boost cut? no sure if srs...

If you are indeed hitting boost cut you need to be tuned correctly and raise your boost limits. Sounds like whoever tuned your car doesnt know what they are doing

@atvfreek, @phate, @Bucker, @Lex...

Yikes!

Don't install any boost cut devices / killers etc.

All of that can be worked out via the AP.

One of the guys that I tagged above should have a look @ your map / have an e-tune opening for you.

Get tuned by someone who actually knows what they are doing.

The only people that I would trust to get my car tuned are on these forums. There are virtually no shops that have any idea how to tune these cars. You will either blow up your car or you will make shit power by using your current tuner.

There are a number of E-tuners on this forum I advise you contact one of them.

You do have a 3bar MAP sensor right? Gunna need that to go above 21.5psi. I could be wrong tho.

It varies, depending on elevation. I'm at 700 ft ASL and my MAP reads up to 23.1.

This is why donating to this forum is worth the $25-to what ever you can!

I'm for 1 don't know shit about tuning, when I went to SAIT for my auto tech course they never touched this subject. And it was in 2001, so DI was coming out. But I can do bolt-ons

So, use the knowledge of these member on MSF. Donate for all the VP and GB you can get, and don't go Zoom Boom!

And fuck, I need more overtime. Car feel slow again.....never ending quest.

Find a better tuner. The shop you took it to knows nothing, or anything about any other platform for that matter. Dont ever take it there again. Don't let them touch your car...if they try, kick them in the groin then drop kick their face.
