(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  kmac's 6262 build I figured I would make a new tread, considering I tested the prototypes and finished the layout, as well as painted them. basically it's a factory block 20k on it, comp is 180 across the board, oil has been changed every 2500 with penz platinum and all new fluids etc. The parts I'm running are mostly one offs made by me, some are modified other parts by me as well. my mods made or modified by me are: intake manifold liquid to air intercooler welded tanks water storage tank for intercooler w/ ice baffle one intercooler pipe with bov flange intake and velocity stack throttle body modification with external tps 4 bar map sensor wired and scaled kept the factor iat throttle body tpfe thermal spacer cat with 60mm ewg on it to dump to release back pressure to allow me to keep the cat with out restrictions. methanol splitter log and nozzle adapters(running 5 ports , 4 direct one pre throttle body) 255 in tank pump with external regulator and return line fuel pump voltage amplifiers (one on the fuel pump and one on the meth pump) medieval manifold with flange , merge collector and ewg modification valve cover drilled and tapped for storage tank mounting, aslo vent plate drilled inside and packed with steel wool with external oil separator new fuel line under hood with external fuel filter added fuel pump module , water intercooler pump, and meth controller fuses and relays add into factor battery dist box to remove clutter and for a clean look. down pipe ford inj seals mod to fit Things I didn't make: cdfp stage 2 pump (ptp) windage tray (ptp) bal shaft delete (ptp) intake manifold thermal gasket ptfe (ptp) inj stud and washer kit (ptp) fuel high pressure rel valve (ptp) tial mv-s synapse bov in recirc cobb ap twm full replacement shifter with trans linkage n2mb wot box with 2 step gauges w/cpe gauge pod afr, egt, boost meth controller cooling mist with vent gauge pod (it's 2 1/16 like a normal gauge) dash hawk coilovers eng and trans mounts traction bars gt-spec braces I'm sure there are more but that's all I can think of for now. I will take some more pics tomorrow . I got home late and I just snapped some fast pics just to get some up, because I'm excited it's almost done. So many guys built their motors (essetially for no reason yet) without knowing the limits of the stock motor. I'm thinking 500whp will be perfectly possible. If 550whp is reached, I'll probably nut all over the keyboard. kmac likes this.

My buddy has an 04 STI that we are working on and he is about to order that kit with the flow sensor and new intank pump setup. He actually wants do to a pre-turbo nozzle as well as cold pipe, but I am trying to talk him out of it...shortens the turbo life for sho. I don't fully trust PI WMI but with that 5th port at the TB you have at least a lil insurance.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I never posted pics of the wastegate I added to the exhaust pre-cat to relieve back pressure ,so I could still have the cat and not go 4 inch and eliminate back pressure. I originally had a 4 inch cat but I couldn't fit this in there with it so I went metallic core random technology hi-flow 3 inch. @superskaterxes we discussed this in another tread and i never posted the pics, so here they are.
