Right now I am working with Bryan at BNR and we are going to run a t3 BNRs4 on my FJ turbo kit to see where it takes us. Of course tuned by @Justin@Freektune; As a friend and business partner I don't see myself not being freektuned (lemme whipe the brown shit off my nose real quick). Luh You be. Reason why I am making this thread is to help and or spark peoples interest on running the same BNR setup as Bryan is wiling to help out and make that happen. He's been nothing but helpful in private discussions about getting it done! List of what we have going on. (refer to BT Build thread for build specs) BNRs4 50trim T3 turbo. T3 inlet/4 bolt 2.5" outlet. -3" inducer and 2" outlet on the compressor housing. Because I am currently on a "3" PTE" vband flange on the DP (which is actually 3.125 or something stupid) I talked to bae @Matt@FJPerformance; and they are welding me up a 2.5garret 4bolt flange to PTE 3" Vband flange outlet adapter. This will allow me to run this turbo setup on my current downpipe without any problems. Because it is t3 some other different accessories will be required. - 2 16mm Water Banjo bolts with adapter fittings to run coolant inlet and outlet. - Coolant line as mine are deleted Kit came with -6an SS lines - 1/8NPT to -6an adapter (for EGR) - 3/8barbed to -6an fitting (coolant hard line adaptation) - 1 -4anx1/8NPT 90* fitting for the Oil feed and -4an oil feed line. - 4Bolt Gasket - 4 M8x1.25 Studs and nuts for Outlet flange adapter. I already have the proper -4an oil feed line from the original kit from FJ i just needed to pick up a kit for the coolant feed. Kit I purchased for the coolant feed here. 6AN Water Line Kit Nissan Skyline RB25DET with Stock Turbo M18 Banjo Bolt | eBay Other fittings? you can search them, they will come up. As of right now I don't really have any power goals but to max out on Pump 93Oct fueling. I just want a car running normal and not taking down 4 quarts of oil in a month because its passing through the turbo exhaust hosing and sinking my wallet. TBC.. Wish me luck its been a rocky past 7 months and an even worse year.

I've only been running a 93 tune with the 5858 and I've had to baby the car every single day. I don't see myself not being pleased.

So now I'm back to valve seals. The original head may not have been valve seals at all but now for some reason this fresh head has produced the same valve seal failure symptoms. Not only do I have all the symptoms of bad valve seals but that ONE valve being spot let clean and having oil on it is leading me to that valve seal in cyl. 3

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score So it pretty much has to be that intake valve seal. If I sit for more than 20-30min idling (aka stuck in boston traffic) cyl. 3 floods out and starts to misfire. I have to revv up the RPMs or get a good start for the cyl to burn the oil off. Needless to say I'm avoiding traffic at all costs now lol
