Mazda 6 2.3 atmosferic converted to turbo AWD

Hello,

I would like to present my build, this build is a car that i'm building to offer to a friend that is handicapped but really like this car.

the car will have
forged pistons,
forged conecting rods
cometic head gasket
all round arp bolts
acl race bearings
gt2876r with ceramic ballbearings
intercooler
aluminium intercooler pipe
tial wastegate actuator
tial blow off
ID 850 cc injectors
stainless steel exhaust manifold
76mm downpipe and exhaust

What do you think?

the car is a station wagon and AWD and auto gearbox.

What AWD system are you using?

Do you know anybody or any thread off somebody how had done this conversion to turbo?

I tried to find but i was not successful.
what you think about stock ecu will it be ok only mapped?

It's the stock auto gearbox 5 speed. It's already awd

A few people have converted the 2.3 (naturally aspirated) MZR engine to be turbocharged. However, there aren't very many. You will also definitely need a way to tune the car to handle the boost. Additionally, that torque-converter automatic may be weak for the kind of power that the turbo you've chosen can make. The axles may be too weak too.

In relation to the axles we can build better ones in house if needed( already have done that to other projects)
At my country this is the only mazda 6 2.3 awd so i think the worst part will be tune it.

I can read this ecu but i will have to learn or find someone good enough to change the map axis because of load.
Since it's atmospheric it has a load based from 0 to 1 in relation to a stock turbo car that is 0 to 3 ±

let's see!

Also another problem i think will the idle due to the maf values change so the i will need to rescale it.

I can't speak to the N/A. You can always run a piggyback or full EMS depending on what you want to do.

I'm not sure how much different the ECU is than the MZR from a programatic perspective, but reach out to Steve at Versatune and see if he has done anything on Mazdas outside of the Mazdaspeeds.
