Default passenger motor mount issue?
The lone issue that I have to fucking work out with the car is whether my passenger motor mount is bad or if I need to redo my downpipe. Initially, my setup was not doing this but over time my downpipe is rubbing towards the passenger side of the car. Depending on how much load on the car is applied in 1st-3rd effects how promiment it rubs. I'm assuming it has to be the passenger mount b/c I've had the car up on a lift and there's no play in the exhaust v-band connection to the turbo and flange to the CBE. In addition, this has been an issue that has just developed. However, I have not seen any residue leaking coming from the mount.

dont remember who it was cagey but some guy on here did a how to on reinforcin your pass motor mount. if its not blown up it looked pretty easy. it was a 1/4" thick L shaped aluminum piece wedged inbetween the mount. here ya go Stiffen your Passenger Motor Mount - DIY
and is your tranny okay then i assume?
