(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score The previous owner of my car had a TurboXS MBC installed, right now holding around 10.5 psi from what my AP is telling me. I'm ordering a Cobb 3 port EBC and I was wondering if this is something I can just install and let the ECU adjust how it wants until I start working with my E-Tuner or if I should hold off installing until I'm ready to load the new tune on there?

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score OK so waiting for my tuner to have a base tune set before installing it is best?

| Not Ranked : 0 score To take full advantage of the EBCS it should be plumbed in interrupt mode. This requires re-working the WGDC table. So yes, might as well wait until tuning time. |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score How exactly can i hook this up as a 2 port while making it easy to change over to a 3 port? Im trying to install this tomorrow without the tuning for the time being but will change it to 3 port in a month or so. Im just not sure which of the 3 ports not to hook up

| Not Ranked : 0 score You can run this solenoid in 2 port mode. All you need to do is to cap off port 3 and then just connect the port 2 to your turbo inlet pipe and port 1 to the top port on your wastegate actuator. Make sure the bottom port on the wastegate actuator is still attached to the compressor housing barb at the bottom. Here's a diagram of setting up a 3 port in 2 port mode: http://stratifiedauto.com/images/3P%...eed%20Mode.png
