Questions/Help w/BT Build

Hello Gents,

Currently I'm awaiting to deploy to Kuwait/Iraq. When I get back I plan on either a) Purchase Speed 6 (Build Ultimate Sleeper) b) Purchase New Ford Focus RS (320HP AWD). I have a little experience with the Speeds. I owned a Speed6 for roughly 6 months before getting T-Boned at intersection by a pot head and owned a 2010 Speed 3 for 2 years before selling before deployment. Currently my DD is Ram1500 and weekend is a 600HP 3000GT.

Goals for build:
1) Something that requires little to no fabrication
2) 500-600 WHP w/E-85 Daily Drivable
3) Sleeper

What type of budget am I looking at (Want to stay under 15k) I will build the engine and assemble everything. Only thing I will outsource will be the head work and machining of course.

1) What turbo? (Love the GTX Turbos)
2) What are some supporting mods for drivetrain that will be needed.

I will continue doing some research on here. This thread will help me start researching and pricing out this build and help finding parts. Any advice/guidance or link to proven build will be greatly appreciated.

After countless hours of research seems like the CPE shop is almost a one stop shop for the entire build. A little pricey for what everything is but if the R&D is good Im fine with paying for it.

I'm thinking their GTX 3076R Atmosphere Kit should work perfectly to hit Mid 500's on E-85, and have some type of low end spool. I remember in my 2.3 Focus back in the day use to spool up around low 4k. I don't know if their crate engines are worth it however. I haven't done the cost analysis but I think I can build a engine that can easily handle that power for about 2-3k.

Cant find much in the form of beefing up the drivetrain except for rear diff and motor mounts. Need to start looking at some clutch options now. Taking recommendations on clutches.

The Atmospheric kit with it's recirc'd EWG dp will definitely be sleeper but meh. I'd go PTE 6266 Edgeautosport kit w/ Cp-e manifold and have a dp fabbed for the PTE vband even if you said nah to fabbing. Kozmic has made a dump tube for the MS6's now aswell so you can request your MS3 kit without the MS3 DP and MS3 Dump tube and get the Kozmic MS6 dump. The Gen2 CEA 6266 was ran at 823whp on Bryce's MS3 so that shows you what kinda headroom you'd have on the setup.

You're gonna need OCC obv (possibly dual w/ Perm PVC Plate), Mounts (including diff), Axles eventually and a few more electronics parts. This parts combo ^ is kinda like a budgetless build and far from necessary to achieve 500whp-600whp but fuck it lol

I did basically all the leg work for you but you still need a shit load of reading to comprehend E85 on these cars and fueling woes as you're not making 500whp on stock injectors w/ E85 (as you commented above). You'll likely be running out of fuel around 400whp without Auxilary fueling like methanol injection or 5th/6th/8th Port injectors. Checkout the Big Turbo build section and do ALOT of reading and look for the baller 600whp builds and take notes or contact those guys for tips/help
