What is up with your WGDC? It looks like your 22psi of boost is operating off of only the spring of the WG?

Pretty sure thats bc I'm on MBC and removed the stock boost solenoid. DJ didnt fill in any of the WGDC tables or boost tables.

Correct. WGDC will be entirely incorrect when running MBC. The ECU is just guessing what's going on.

We came to an educated guess as to why I was seeing high AFRs and switched out my bpv. I got a dual port in there and logs are looking the way they're supposed to be.

DJ is gonna said send me one more map and then cut me some more with more and more timing so I can find MBT on a dyno

Well now I need injector seals lol. Especially with it getting cold outside im seeing some kr in the higher rpms.

Ill probably get the TIGs too and then get them all installed before I jump on a dyno to find MBT

Thought I would post an update. 99.9999% sure no one is keeping up but whatevs.

Changing up a few mods. Got a local shop that is starting to support the Mazduh platform again so I'm getting some shizzle through them.

On the way:
-Custom 3.5" Big MAF intake
-Catless CNT Racing DP
-KMD internals since the PTP internals can't keep up with an E85 mix BT
-Still need a new clutch. I've been slipping off and on lately since beginning of Decemeber. If anyone has one for cheap, I could take it off your hands.

Mods in the near future if time/money permit
-Injector seals
-Ported intake manifold

After i knock out that first list, if it seems apparent I need injector seals, then I'll port the IM since itll be off anyways. And I got some TIGs i'll use when I button it back up. Then a dyno tune will be in order and then FINI!

...with the power mods lol.

I heard the latest version, 2.1 i think, was doing pretty good. I remember hearing the original versions were failing left and right but that they took their time with this version. Similar specs to the Autotechs.

Meh, maybe don't listen to me. Everyone seems to swear by Autotechs these days. I have a Cp-e pump, which I think has KMDs, been running strong for thousands and thousands of miles, so who knows. Your call, bruh!

You will creep with iwg and the catless, that's why i switched out my catless for a catted piece.

Just updating this personally just to keep track of shit.

Yes I did creep to 23psi going catless on MBC with IWG.

But.....switching over to EBCS, with 3 bar MAP sensor, and with tuning help by Andy, allowed us to target 18psi with no signs of creep. Of course there probably would have been creep if I was targeting lower a lower psi like 14 or even 16, but I don't think too many people with big turbo would want less than 18psi.

Got some new tires (Invos) and just changed the oil with some Royal Purple HP+ and installed JBR transmission motor mount (88 duro).

Just became a member of the bachelor society in March after four years. So i might as well take the money I'm no longer spending on her and put it towards the car.

Next on the list is TR8L intercooler.

If clutch starts slipping alot again after retune, then I'll get that.

If it still holds, then I'm going ported intake mani with TIGs and injector seals, then clutch.

Staying on stock exhaust mani to see how much I can get out of the GT3076 then I'll sell it and get something T3 or vband if I want moar powa.
