(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Hey guys, getting the steedspeed T3 EWG 38mm Vband mani installed at Akuma and I needed help on some suggestions as to how to make it mate up to my gt3071r with mazdaspeed downpipe. The turbo kit has an IWG and I'm trying to go external and wanted to know the best way to go about it. My mods are in my sig. Does ATP have a turbine housing for connecting for a T3 inlet and Cp-e downpipe? Is there an adapter for it? Anybody else run into this problem and how did you guys make it fit? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I wanted a T3 EWG setup but wasn't sure on the exhaust housing size/setup I needed. I wasn't aware that the downpipe had to be modified as well. For the best bang for the buck, would it be better to just go with a bigger hotside altogether?

| Not Ranked : 0 score So you have an ATP 3071? I assume it's OEM inlet from manifold and Vband outlet to downpipe? If so you'll need to call ATP and get a T3 turbine housing and modify the CP-E downpipe to Vband.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yikes, man. You're up shit creek. Should have done some more research. If you go T3, you need your downpipe modded and an EWG dump pipe made. If you have an ATP 3071, you would need to get this housing: .78 A/R Divided T3 Exhaust housing for GT Ball Bearing Series : atpturbo.com Doesn't really matter that it's twin scroll. Then you need a 3" v-band flange and clamp to make a v-band downpipe. Or this flange: http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant...egory_Code=GTH Undivided housing, and 4-bolt flanges are very common.

| Not Ranked : 0 score If you get the 4-bolt housing from ATP, it will flow WAY more than the Mazda housing. .82 A/R instead of .55 A/R not to mention the T3 inlet is bigger than the Mazda inlet. If you want a sizable power increase, I say go for it. It's gonna cost extra, though, of course.
