We have been working on a larger throttle body for the speeds.

First.

Also sell me one. Please.

pwdunmore 03-01-2017 02:18 PM

Second... sell me the manifold and I might buy the throttle body lol

Voltwings 03-01-2017 02:34 PM

What motor is working the throttle body? Is it an OEM speed piece? I remember the disaster that was trying to tune those 75mm throttle bodies from a few years ago. Never could get mine right and sold it.

Interested in driveability reviews and tune compensation for more airflow for a given throttle plate angle.

Also, ID of throttle body, and whether or not this will work with ~60mm intake manifold bore (such as OEM or ST)

Wow, I didn't think there would be much of a market for these. I know for sure, my throttle body isn't limiting my performance. I was going to make a comment about GT35R turbos, but then saw @Voltwings; signature....

Cool, this would look great attached to my CS intake manifold... wait, oh right... can't get that yet either...

I kid, I kid... but no really... when is the manifold going to be available?

Hah, i have mixed feelings on that turbo. That's discussion for another thread though.

A package deal would be nice, no?

New motor and proper calibration for the MS3 aka bolt it on and it works. No effing around.

I got to drive our shop car around and during normal around town driving I didnt even know it was installed. It was that invisible in stop and go traffic. It did remind me I hate the clutch in traffic, lol.

We made it so it will work on the OEM intake manifold. We could have gone bigger if it wasn't for that constraint.

We're looking for more beta testers @zenit;, do you want to beta test a throttle body and help us write a white paper?

Well, @CorkSport;, if it really is as easy as you say, then sure, I'll give it a shot. ;)

Going through the tuning process of my speed and i would very much like to know when these will be out. The S4 V2 flows well and this kit looks promising since i have the option to keep my TMIC.

In for package deal on throttle body and intake manifold. I'll buy them both if/when they come out.

Johnny_Law 02-02-2018 03:24 PM

Pretty sweet setup at a very reasonable price for an investment casting. For comparison, I am getting ready to install an over-sized Hellcat throttle body and it uses the stock Mopar unit with some machining modifications and it is the same price as yours:

Hellcat CNC Ported 95mm Throttle Body by Modern Muscle Performance

Way to go on a great part at a great price!

greatdane68 03-09-2018 10:58 AM

Saving up for this throttle body now.

Ds_06_Speed6 09-20-2018 11:31 AM

I do have this TB. Was gonna get the mani at the same time but it was unavailable at the time. So it basically sits on a shelf till january.

It is nice though

And now I see you have a TB plate in 72mm to match mani and TB.
