(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Amazing Customer Service Ordered camber plates and LEDs from you guys a week or two ago, assholes at UPS wouldnt leave the package at the front door despite me signing that little ticket thing. called up thursday and told them to hold it at the UPS distribution center Im a lazy fuck and havent had the time nor care to update my license and pay 50 bucks since i moved to my new place, so, naturally when they asked for my ID, the shipping address and the address on my license didnt match and they refused to release the package to me Made a phone call to CS and spoke with Tyler, who the faxed over a release form once i confirmed a few details to make sure I was actually me. Took a 5 minute phone call and 5 minutes for the letter to be typed and faxed to these brown bastards, i left with my shit and am throwing it in today Just want to say thanks to the guys at CS for helping me out yesterday. Amazing customer service! |
