Nothing stripped.
They failed.
I paid for parts (that were installed correctly) and they failed in a very short time.
I do not--at this point--want the parts replaced. I did at first only b/c they failed so quickly and I guess it just made sense to me...I figured they were jus bad.
I'm slotted to get OEM end links installed; I just want the noise gone.

I'm not 100% sure you saw the post where @CorkSport; stated that they would/ are/ have refunded your money, and also asked if there was anything else they could do to make the situation right. While I understand your frustration at having a part or parts fail, what I do NOT understand is why you've continued to be accusatory and even hostile toward Corksport. They did not "lie" about anything.

Shit happens. You contacted them. Did they not resolve the situation to your liking? Is there in fact something they can do to better serve you as a consumer?

And last, but not least, don't judge a forum with (literally) several thousand members, based on a 2-year-old-resurrected-thread series of responses.

Good luck amigo.

Psh, you think this guy will ever come back? He has had his car for 80K miles and many years before using MSF to post about a broken part. He won't be back, until he needs to complain again. I can guarantee he won't ever be a VIP member. He will only use MSF when he need an answer to his problems, since no other forum can deliver that.

When I posted his real name for Corksport to recognize and find a solution, he flipped his shit. Like they can help anyone by a forum name that does not match email or anything else.

This guy is just passing through. Nothing to offer, nothing to gain. Well, except a refund. Which he wanted but does not want and is unhappy about because he got the purchase price back without returning or showing any proof of actual failure (and cannot even describe what broke, other than "it failed"). I have 0 fucks to give. Props to @CorkSport; for not telling him to go fuck off. Customer service was win here.

As far as QC, they made huge leaps when there was issues with the fuel pump internals. A complete recall and physically calling every owner to warn them and get a return, credit, an old fashioned, and more is a sign to me they are seriously looking at things different now. They can only improve. EVERY manufacturer has had issues in the past with something. It happens. Learn, repair, rebuild, move on. Except GM. They keep making crap. They won't ever learn.

\rant, off to go get coffee.

Psh...
yes, a lie is an untruth and it was, in fact, posted. However, I recognize that the person apologized and took responsibility for posting anything shy of truth, which I respect.
I'm done posting my personal experience with and about CS about this specific event on here as I can see it's not effective and people on here are assuming many things about me but thanks for you concern.

I consider the isuue resolved.

As far predicting my passing through or not coming back, well thanks for the attempt at knowing me but you do not. I do not, in fact, wish to reserve the use of this site for complaining only, which is yet an other assumption about me.

You just confirmed my post, dummy. And remember, I do know you, as you got your undies in a bunch when I posted your real name. Think that is all I found out about you? If you say yes, that is an ass umption on your part. I also said, you will never have anything to offer here nor be VIP as well. Talk is cheap. Prove it.

It is not assumptions if it is FACT. You like to use "assumption" in your posts. That is also fact.

It is fact that your predictions are not fact.

Yes, I have used the word assumptions numerous times; there have been numerous assumptions made...so, yes, there is a direct proportion.

I'm happy move on and on to more useful dialogue please.

You are bitching about their lack of testing. But you have a failed part and refuse to send it back to them for testing?

So now you're part of the problem.

These kinds of things should be tested before they ever get to the customer imho.

I would happily send them back but Its not worth paying to ship them to them when i was not planning on using there endlinks any more anyway.

If they want to pay to have them shipped i will gladly send them

End users are not and should not be considered "testers". Corksport has a history of failures with their new products.

I won't consider purchasing one of their parts unless it has been on the market for AT LEAST 1 year. Nor would I want to be one of their testers for a part that could cause collateral damage. I very seriously doubt the risk is worth the reward.

I understand what you're saying and i mostly agree. The occ and internals prove your point. However, if they at least try to rectify the problem by examining the failures, it seems shitty to decline returning them... IF (only if) they are offering to pay return shipping. I apparently misunderstood that part, so i stand corrected and shame on them.

If you would have read my posts you would have seen that i work at a very large manufacturing company. We have QC issues from time to time. but our customers Cat, John deere, Dana axels, Automotive. They QC our parts when they come in on top of our QC testing so a bad quality part very rarely ever hits and end user.

I have a feeling CS does not have the resources to QC there parts when they are received. This could be man power proper testing equipement or whatnot.
The internals are a good example of this. Yes they handled that extremely well but i doubt that first batch was QCed by corksport. Corksport received the parts and then shipped them.

I read your previous posts, and I do agree that ideally what you've said is true. Unfortunately, it isn't. I see both sides. As a parts developer/ supplier, you have to walk the line between releasing new products on a timely basis, and making sure they're ready for distribution. You are always going to have defects or issues. Always. Yes, you want to limit them - but when you do slow the process down, you get complaint threads whining that parts aren't available quickly enough. Reference Corksports 3" intake, big brake kit, hood scoop, suspension, etc. While it sucks, I accept that as part of consumerism - what I require is a company that goes to any length they can to fix a problem when it's brought to their attention. While I've only had minor issues with Corksport, when I called them and talked to Derrick, I have never hung up feeling like I was shafted - or that Corksport was not on my side.

I understand your complaint. And I think everyone should strive for the ideal. Until then, I personally feel Corksport does an exceptional job with customer service (when they're contacted offline).

P.S. - More QC would be nice. I do agree with that point.

No where have a bashed corks port on there customer service. The only dude I ever had issue with was Joel cause he is a giant drag. He is gone and it's for the better.

People are not patient they will get over it. I would much rather see parts get released that don't need 2 or 3 revisions inside of a year and wait a longer period of time for said parts. Than buying the part and launch having to take it off send it back. Then do it again for another revisions. You get my point.

Quality is always greater than quantity. I have never seen an example where that statement is not true.
