(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Damn you! A bit frustrating, but I'm not counting them out just yet. First order: LED interior light kit and LED fog lights. Love them both despite the fog light not matching the HID color as advertised. Second order: MZR BPV and RMM. Somewhat quick response upon ordering that they were just starting a production run of the RMM and that it would ship in about 4 weeks. After a week goes by I find out they are holding the BPV until the RMM was ready. After a short conversation, they shipped the BPV separate. Weeks later, RMM ship day approaching, I get an email that they are on schedule, which was encouraging. Almost 2 weeks later, nothing in the mail. Email sent today. Response was "production delays" and they can't ship for another 3 weeks. No thanks. Cancelled RMM and called Damond, plenty in stock. Shipping tomorrow. In this case, I'm giving CS the benefit of the doubt. I work in manufacturing, so I'm well aware there are events that are out of their control. Given the length of the delay, I'm betting they got a batch of non-conforming parts that had to be rejected and a new batch has to be made.
