(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score All it really took was opening up the cutout for the intake tube. I opened it up with a 4 1/8" hole saw and then it just takes some aligning the HTP tube to the box. For me, this is mostly aesthetic. With the CAB, IATs are usually 10-15F cooler cruising and much lower at stop and go (usually peaks around 90-100F), however from multiple tests I have found zero gains from the lower IATs. Zero. Nada. I just prefer the sleeper aspect of it. It does change the fuel trims a bit vs. the open element in the 1-2.5v MAF voltage range, but I can say that it doesn't impede flow at all. ![]() ![]() I think I am going to shoot the TMIC with some black paint next.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Wow, looks good. Makes me wonder though, I was barely ever able to make the CAB work with the full CS intake. I got it in there but was never really happy with how it fit. Took it out a few months later and now have the HTP 3in. Never even considered trying to get it to fit with that.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score As a follow up, I found the CS CAB is a GREAT place to hide stuff to keep a clean engine compartment. Now my CS CAB has the Guardian Angel, DVC-30 meth controller and fan controller safely protected from elements and hidden away.

Entire freeway flooded to the top of cars and people where holding onto the roofs like life rafts. I felt like I was living in Florida for 2 days after one of their storms.

On a serious note, sorry to hear about that. I hope you weren't effected. I always think that the desert should be porous and be able to absorb all of that rain into the earth, but the desert is like cement and rain just washes right across the top.

I figured I had better stop here or there won't be room for airflow. ![]() We got a guardian angel, dvc-30 meth controller, fan controller and meth failsafe. ![]() No officer, pretty much all stock. ![]() Best part, everything you see in the box is on quick disconnects so I can pull the entire box out in 5 minutes.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Dale, is you HTP intake attached to the bracket/stud on the block? You are running it with the BNR now -- did you have to trim the coupler to the turbo inlet?

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score The htp has no provisions for connecting to anything. It just basically is held up by the recirc tube and vent line. I just ran the coupler as it came w/o trimming.

| Not Ranked : 0 score That is awesome! I plan to use the GA, and a Meth kit whenever I swap turbo's. Also running their battery box, so it would look nice and clean with that as an addition. Just gotta hope whenever I swap turbo setups it does not push the intake over more and I can not use either.
