This. So this. I run 245/45x17 at the track - AFAIK I can't lower any. Which means coilovers are out. Which means stock camber. Which sucks.

Not a pu owner, but if you end up making a single exhaust, I'm sure they'd love a new single outlet bumper, or a hole cover of some sort.

What about a keyed crank conversion, or a readily available VVT fix?

Why is it every time a vendor makes a thread like this everyone asks for simple things or shit we already have?

I want a bottom mount twin scroll manifold. A good mild cam upgrade. Stuff that would take the unicorn status off of this platform.

We have intakes and mounts. We have front mount intercooler kits. I want that damn ram air intake that corksport refuses to sell separate!

There are a lot of good ideas here but some are just useless imo. All I'm asking is for corksport to concentrate on dry areas of the market instead of saturated areas.

Make a panel that deletes the rear spoiler. Id like to get rid of it even though I just fixed it.

these cars look so much nicer without the spoiler.

@BeyonceSpeed3; it's not hard to find a regular 3 to trade. Even I did with Melestial Blue.

I really don't like that spoiler either, or else I would attempt a trade. I don't really know if it looks better, just as bad, or worse than the stock spoiler. Just a panel to fill the spot and hold the 3rd brake light would be nice.

Also, no offense but it would feel weird to drive a Speed3 that has a non-Speed3 piece on it. I'm weird, I'm sorry! lol

You are the only person that owns a speed3 that would buy the piece you just described… and you mean like a modification? Lol

@Brydon@CorkSport; how about some sort of half-hard motor mounts? Inside rubber bushing and an outside urethane bushing.

Gray = Steel
Blue = Urethane
Black = Rubber

I have no idea how effective it would be, but hopefully would be a good compromise between restraining that DISI beast and being able to hear my radio. (Really for the transmission mount.)

Also, noods.

I don't know if you've used any of our mounts but I've noticed that even with a harder durometer, because of our larger surface areas used, the NVH has been little to no increase to my old battle damaged ears. FWIW...

I haven't used the CS mounts. I've got the JBR 80d passenger/transmission/rear mounts, which I love, but there's a noticeable increase in NVH. (And my rear-view mirror is now useless.)

I think this would be applicable to the PMM/TMM more than the RMM. (Should you guys decide to make some in the future.)

Well... I can only tell you that our research makes our parts take a little bit more time. I cannot speak to your current mounts directly but I will say that a more effective mount shouldn't make your car "mor racecar!!!" it should just work better, eliminate wheel hop and still let you use your rear view mirror and have a conversation with the person next to you while listening to your stereo. We will settle for nothing less and neither should you.

Cheers,
Joel

I've been through a lot of RMM and the CS inserts are the best compromise for me. I don't track the car or to go the dragstrip too often, but when I do I swap the RMM with another one I have on the shelf (I have a spare SU and a CP-E), because there the NVH doesn't matter. But on the street the CSS inserts are awesome, I have a pretty decent stock that I could even start reselling those around here

Too bad no one else wants a CAI box for the larger (3") intakes, if CS would have done it I'm sure it would have been an awesome part.

You should apply to replace Joel's aquarium.

You guys are really ramping it up this year, looking forward to the upcoming products and some of the ideas in this thread being used.

It sounded plenty nerdy.

And WTF, you posted Kim on facebook with calanders and she was clothed. Don't you think she could have posed naked with the calanders at least covering the goodies?

How about equal length single scroll instead. Not as many twin scroll turbos and the stock replacement sized turbos would benefit greatly from a good flowing equal length.

We have intakes and mounts. We have front mount intercooler kits. I want that damn ram air intake that corksport refuses to sell separate!

There are a lot of good ideas here but some are just useless imo. All I'm asking is for corksport to concentrate on dry areas of the market instead of saturated areas.

As long as it has a t3 flange and be reasonably priced I'll be satisfied. Twin scroll would just make me get a huge corksport banner on my windshield though...I understand the business of making a product you know people would buy, but I feel like if there was a decent twin scroll option more people would go that route. It's my plan even if I have to learn how to weld myself.

Get the CP-e manifold without a flange. Then get whatever flange you want professionally welded on for really not that much more.

How about a twin scroll exhaust housing for Garrett series turbos that matches the Mazda flange.

The CPE manifold is not twin scroll setup or equal length. You would need to match cylinders and make a equal length manifold so the pulses work correctly. It would also be hard to make the wastegate operate well so that that the sides saw equal pressure and timing.

I run a twin scroll gt4088r setup on my subaru. I didn't notice much difference from the t4 single scroll option I use to run. Logs show about 200rpms but when driving I don't really notice.

Just some thoughts.

+1 for twin scroll on the stock turbo.

Here is why:
In twin-scroll designs, the design decreases exhaust gas temperatures and NOx emissions and improves turbine efficiency, reducing turbo lag. This is regardless if the turbo itself is twin scroll or not. On top of the above, getting the factory turbo to be less of a hair dryer, by shifting that exhaust efficiency curve as much as possible, it will make our motors happier in the long term.

the benefits may not be HUGE but I bet they are worth it. Besides, gives the CS team to get twin scroll housing for the k04 or other BT. The k04 already hits pretty fast w/ factory IC, add twin scroll and watch it torch what little lag time there is from the factory.

If twin scroll is out of the picture the best runner up would be equal length mani (but it is not nearly as cool :-P ).

I second this. I have a crazy idea in my head bought doubt many would do it.

Twin scroll t4 top mount manifold. Packaged with a downpipe that will work with it.

With the top mount would make it super easy to swap turbos if needed. Hell u could have a turbo for ax/track then a turbo for the strip. Just swap turbos and tunes good to go. Granted its a pipe dream and not as easy as I described it but I still thinks its doable

A top mount for the 3 alone would be awesome with an intake and downpipe and offer multiple flanges/EWG or IWG or the hotside swap like you were saying.
