Default Introducing the ALL NEW Mazdaspeed 3 GEN 2 Steering Wheel!!!
So where are the updates on the steering wheel for the gen 2 ms3? Mine is starting to look shitty and I want to deck out my interior with CS stuff. Floor mats, shift knob, STEERING WHEEL

$329 at current exchange rate through a certain site (always wary to post up links to non-vendor sites). I used the Priority Air/Japan Post shipping for $56, got it 5 days after it shipped. Excellent quality and so much more comfortable than the skinny ass pos stocker.

As a point of reference, all together not much more money than the CS juan wheel. Love CorkSport and their products, but couldn't wait any longer. Been three days shy of a year since the juan wheel announcement. Glad I took a gamble and got it.

Not that I am aware of, though I have some hilariously translated pdf instructions around here...

Basically, you disconnect the battery and wait a couple minutes to deactivate the airbag. There's two bolts holding the airbag/horn covered by rubber caps, on each lower side of the steering column just behind the actual wheel. See below for airbag removal procedure. The rest is really a disassembly and transfer over to the new wheel, then remount using the torque specs in the manual. Contrary to the instructions, no special wheel removal tool is needed.

See the attached, as well as the Shop Manual in the Vip section for more as needed.

We found very few people buy the other color options aka less than 1% so we didnt bother making them this time. We may try some different materials in the future to see how that does.

That was going to be my guess. I'm incudled as I stuck with just the black with red stitching to match the interior.

Alcantara? That's maybe one material I would've liked to have seen. No real complaints though! I'm happy with my genjuan and glad the genpu's finally get to finger your wheel.
