Note to others that have never done turbo installs; coolant comes out fast ...very fast. My white shirt is now green. I am being tuned from Ryan at purple drank. I have just my base map on now and its limited at 16 psi. My other mods are in my signature and I will keep up to date on this thread as my tune progresses. Here are some logs from my K04 tune from Ryan(it was not fully finished when I decided to go CS) versus my base map for the CS. I just got revision 2 so I will post them up as I get them. Current mods: CS Turbo AT interals HTP 3.5" intake ETS 3.25" TMIC UR Catted DP UR catless TP Forge v1 BPV Grimmspeed 3 port EBCS 3 bar Map sensor Mods on K04: Everything Minus DP,EBCS,Map Sensor. I have heard that we do not need to upgrade internals for the CS turbo. I am super excited about the turbo and what CS has done with it. Thanks for posting logs.

Internal what? Hpfp internals? You'd be stupid not too upgrade them before upgrading the turbo...as for engine internals correct no upgrade needed

Just to make this clear: To safely the run the CS turbo you absolutely need HPFP internals and a tune (Accessport or Versatune).

Just to clear up what internals i was talking about was engine internals. Not fuel internals.

Looks great. Only hitting 94% at peak. If you went to a 3 gal mix you could probably hit 380-390 but solid numbers. Also only 70% wgdc. I think @CorkSport;'s claim of 450 max could be close with right flow mods and extra fuel.

Am I reading this wrong because I see 115% idc not 94%. So this thing is maxed out for you and you were running E as well. Need more fuel definitely

First log was 94 ish. 2nd was there too until things went rich out of no-where and afrs fell into the 10s and idc jumped from 92 to 112 or so. I'm wondering if SWAS did that since I don't see higher than 0.4 on KR and that's enough cells sooner where I wouldn't think that was it.
