You can't use the stock caliper lines, that's why they come with ss lines.

They slow the car down quite well. I think I need to do another round of bleeding though. Can't really compare to the oem calipers though. Mine were shot

How's the kit holding up? I'm very interested in this kit for my Mazda 3. To me it's more of a cosmetic reason for the purchase, but if it brakes better, it's a bonus.

If I had disposable income, they would've been on my 3 by now. I've been on the sidelines waiting to jump in to purchase them because I feel they're priced well below other BBK's out there. Like someone mentioned earlier, BBK's are just a 'Bling' factor and I feel $799 is a smaller hit on my wallet than $2000 for just a cosmetic look. Plus, those blue Corksport calipers will match so sweet with the black & blue interior in my hatchie ;-) We all know we don't need aftermarket parts in our cars, but our dumbasses still get them.

Can we get a side by side or possibly a layover of the CS caliper with the stock? I'm very curious about if these will fit in my RPF1's, they're 17's so stock calipers barely don't rub the inside of the wheel (not the spokes).

Give the template a shot in your wheel. I bet they will clear fine

http://www.corksport.com/support/ins...20Template.pdf

We don't have a speed6 caliper off a car to get a shot with a side by side comparison currently. Will a speed 3 work for you?

Derrick

I'm not sure if the 3 is higher (outer edge further from the center of the rotor) or not but I know it's longer. If you have anything it would be appreciated.

I might be able to get some comparison pictures today. I'll have a wheel off for a valve cleaning

Rotor diameters are the same in diameter. The offset on them isn't much different either.
