(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Order issues Hey, been trying to get hold of CS over the last few days, paid for the performance based BAT lowering hood scoop (for obvious performance reasons) but have not had a reply, tried calling (it is expensive from overseas) and no answer, and yes I made sure it was in your timezone. Also no points on my account and its also showing someone else's order from early in the year on the web account........ #6910454 From......... Inpatient

| Not Ranked : 0 score @Zimmo; Sorry about the delay in response, I haven't seen an email from you, but truth be told, I've had an overwhelming amount of emails since the new site launch since pretty much anyone in the past 3 months that created an account has lost their reward points. So I'm getting roughly 30-50 extra emails a day, on top of the typical 100 or so I get that all take 3 times as long to solve due to having to edit orders, accounts and points. So I might have missed yours, or just not gotten to it yet. I did just respond to an email that Brandon forwarded me that I believe was from you. Let me know if you need anything else!
