I've been meaning to write up a product review of a few Corksport mods that I switched to with the new build, but with working out gremlins of my new setup, things got crazy and now that all is good, here are my overall impressions.

First product that I switched was the big front mount core. I was using the Ultimate Racing fmic setup with the stock motor, along with the crashbar they offer. While it was a great fmic setup, I didn't feel that it would suffice for the power I was looking to make. The CS core, is comparable to the TR10, Im not sure of the exact dimensions but Im sure someone from CS can provide the correct dimensions. The reason I didnt go with a TR10 was because I really didn't feel like fabbing up brackets. The big core offers multiple mounting holes, and I opted to use the holes on top, to mount it directly to my UR crashbar. Cs actually offers a crashbar option, which i didn't know at the time lol. This option actually allowed me to mount the fmic further away from the radiator, and my coolant temps hover in the 185 190 mark now. I also noticed that when cruising, my iat is usually 8 degrees above ambient, which was less than the UR setup. On the UR setup, I normally saw 10 to 12 above. So overall, a great fit, lower iat's.

The next part swapped over was the High Pressure Fuel Pump. I had been using the Autotechs, and I have zero complaints. Installation was super easy, especially since I had Kritz do it, cause I have no idea how to haha. The thing that I have noticed in difference between the 2 internals is that with the Autotechs, @wot, my fp would be in the high 1800s low 1900s. With the CS internals, fuel pressure @wot is in the 2000s.

The last part that I swapped is the PMM. I was on the JBR 80duro prior. First impression right away is the quality of the CS mount. It visually looks very sturdy, and solid. The other thing I liked is the grounding hole. Its threaded into the mount itself, which makes life less annoying. Installation was simple. 1 pump jack, 1 jack stand. Took less than a full cigarette to swap the mounts out. Also it comes with 2 beefier frame rail bolts. Now heres the part I really liked. Im fully mounted, using a 88duro rmm, and tmm, coupled with a bsd. The vibes were really harsh at idle, and at wot. Keep in mind, all my mounts have been in the car for a year, and saw alot of action. As soon as I started the car up after swapping the mount, I immediately noticed the vibes were less, even though the duros havent changed, and this mount is brand new. @wot, definitely less also.


I have sitting in the garage waiting to install, the exhaust. Ive heard Kritz's exhaust tone, and I like the deep sound of it. The reason I havent swapped out from the Ultimate Racing one yet is because the exhaust needs to be vbanded on the downpipe end, and I'm waiting for lift availability from the fabricator. But I can say this, it looks sexy as hell sitting in my garage lol.

Anyways, hope this helps some of you out. I plan on punishing the speed this year even more than last year, and so far, Im glad I swapped the parts around.

Not yet, we need to harass the engineers to get moving on the project and complete it.

No @CorkSport; you need to harass whoever the hell is in charge of releasing the cams and also you guys need to start making Tokay's injector seals.
