I have the CS turbo and the Stratified GA V3. I used a bosch 3 bar map sensor with a bitwise connector instead of the integrated 4 bar map sensor in the GA. Other wise you have to cut and crimp the signal wire from Map sensor to the GA to use the 4 bar map sensor. I can say I haven't noticed any boost creep in the few months that I've had this system set up.

Have you driven in cold weather with it? I was considering a cork sport turbo and GA V 3 set up until all the boost creep talk started. I experience some subzero super dense air where I'm at, so creep is something I don't need.

I haven't had the chance to test it in temps lower than 40 yet. I live around Chicago.

anyone have any updates on these. Namely the reliability/creep? Was holding out on the hope they got this fixed or atleast improved in relation to the creep issue.

I've heard rumors they updated the hotside to resolve the problem. As usual they've chosen to try to keep everything hidden instead of transparent, so nothing is verifiable. There are plenty of other options in this size range of turbo. No need to take a gamble on something this important IMO.

We have made changes with the turbo. We are not the only company to do so with their turbo products either without announcing it.

We make tweaks an changes with most of our products over time as do other companies. It is just the nature of the business.

I'm curious, to what extent, the negatives would be if you went back to the 12-blade turbine wheel.

Update: I was able to figure out the reason with the help of COBB customer support. It seems that WM MS6 has two separate speed limiter parameters. I was using the older Accesstuner Race which showed only the other parameter. I had to upgrade to the newer Accesstuner to be able to see and adjust the other which was originally set to 149.16 mph / 240 kmh. Thank you COBB customer support.

Freektune just gave me an effective start up tune.

CS turbo with 21 psi boost. E45 blend and 2x1000cc aux injectors. Still some room to improve.

edit: tire diameter is wrong there, with correct diameter figures are 415 whp / 393 lbft

Thats good numbers for 21psi be careful with that lean spike right after 4k, i bent a rod in the same area with e30 and meth. With that much aux fuel you should be able to push that turbo all the way. I could only get it to spin up around 32psi and it would drop to 28 by redline. Its a good little turbo but passed 21psi it starts just blowing hot air so meth really helps.

Its on 1.01 cf probably closer to 400 on 1.09 cf
Edit: im backwards here, my build has taken too long,i havent played with vd for a while

Log attached. As I am running aux fueling, load and MAF will be affected by it.

Yes, the tune isn't finished yet. It gets a bit lean right after the throttle plate opens fully as I have disabled STFT enrichment at WOT. Have to figure out how to make the fueling react faster on those transients.

Cooling effect of aux fuel and e45 helps a lot. BATs were only 13C/55F at the end of that pull, and it isn't winter here yet.

Its on 1.01 cf probably closer to 400 on 1.09 cf
Isn't that just the other way around? Higher CF yields in higher numbers.

Hey guys. I need a fact check please. I'm at the point where BT is the next thing where I piss the wife off. Again. I was considering BNR S3/S4 or the CS. But I read in one thread that if I have the CS divorced DP I might be limited to the CS due to interference from the waste gate on the BNR's.

Took a second look at Virtual Dyno today and noticed that my tire diameter was set wrong, no idea why. When set correctly according to my 225/40R18 wheels (25" dia), figures come out little more realistically at 415 whp / 393 ftlb. Sorry about this error.
