I just installed this CBE two days ago and its quieter than the stock exhaust with both resonators removed.....still a nice piece and that's a killer price, even if it's used.

That's what I was told too, but after installing this on the car its clear that its a bit quieter than my stock setup (at low RPMs). Keep in mind though that I removed BOTH resonators on the stock exhaust so it was louder than normal and had a higher pitch. The TurboXS seems quieter until WOT.....then that sum'bitch roars! Tonight on my way home I finally had a chance to push the car a little bit harder than normal and damn does it sound nice

it's because stock exhaust already flows very well. throw the turboxs downpipe and racepipe on and bask in the sound of holy loudness. I loved mine.

Lol. friends bought me this exhaust for my birthday.
It's missing the gasket between the catback and exhaust. trying to figure out what kinda gasket is it right now.

HKS CBE with a resonator delete is what I'm gonna post up tomorrow. It's without a doubt the loudest and best sounding exhaust I've heard of any of the Mazdaspeed's in my area.

TurboXS does sound good with the dp/tp combo though

Darn, you should've posted it up earlier! I've been looking for a HKS for quite awhile, but saw this great deal on the TXS exhaust, and all my friends offered to chip in. :]

I guess being a good friend really pay off
