Guys we shipped these things out early this week with a few leaving the week before. As far as I know all the mounts are in the mail and the local weather is going to cause some major delays in these getting to all of you. We have been stuck with some very poor weather that I know is causing delays in getting the mail out of the state. If you local then they are all getting shipped ground with out any problems.

Please, give it another couple of days for the mount to show up. This is not only the bad time of the year to ship but its also bad because of the weather.

You should get it before the weekend but no promisses, the had 2 trucks last week and 3 today from USPS stuck on the freeways. The snow and icy conditions are making for a horrible commute for the shipping services in our area.

I will applogize for the delays but I cannot control the weather, please be patient. Thanks.

I just got mine today!!....but was i supposed to get a nut for the bolt that goes through the middle of the top and bottom parts of the mount... i got the mount, the "tri-pod" replacement, 1- 1/2" long goldish bolt, 1 smaller black bolt, 3- washers....and the instruction, which say that i should have a nut.... suggestions?

I'm sure that i can pick it up at home depot, but should i be looking for a particular type of metal? i would hate to install this just to realize that i bought a bad nut and have my engine fall out despite the excellent craftsmanship of this part...and...

WOW! This thing is hardcore! i cant wait to put it on the car...with the proper nut...

how is the installation? i would like to know what tools are needed to reach the stock tripod bracket bolts? is there anything in the way? or can i just stick a straight extension on the 3 tripod bolts and break them loose?

swivel sockets and an impact gun is how i do all my work so it wasn't bad at all, had the car in for 2 hours working on it that included a BS delete, mount, 15k, in cabin filter, induction service and brake flush. car feels so much different now but i did so much i can't tell what made it better

yes i did, go to a hardware store and match up a high grade nut and be done with it take the bolt and make sure its the proper thread pitch.

Well, aint that a bitch. Well, off to the hardware store i go...

...and i know i'm asking a lot of questions, but where does the black bolt go... Which position...i'm guessing that it goes in the furthest front on the tripod base, but i'm not sure.

Lower left hand bolt. You swap the stock one out for the blk one.

i think that it was an honest mistake because it seems that i am the only one who didnt get the nut. And i'm sure that if i wanted to wait to install, which i dont, that he would send the nut to me. However, it seems to me to be a waste of the postage.

i would much rather go through USPS than UPS, i have had nothing but problems with the other shipping companies, read: ups, fed ex. Only company i have no experiance with is DHL.

Anyways, 3 days later mount is working very very well, that with the balance shaft delete i did at the same time, car has a much more violent way about it and i love it, i only will get wheel hop at the top of 2nd gear and early in 3rd its all just about gone, traction bars and the other mount will be needed asap.

wtf did anyone beside my didnt get their mount?? when you guys shipped them?? Did mine was ever shipped?? and i still don see the refund its only shows ptp -49 buck from credidt card and rest was taken from paypal

drivers side, hopefully mr. john can finish the passenger side soon and i can start testing that with some launches. if its gonna break i'll break it haha, i don't think it will now, i tested the trans mount with 275/40/17 bfg drag radials i got from a friend of mine he let me use them and the car felt great, unfourtunaltly my personal wheels for slicks don't fit this car so i sold them and hoping to pick up a new set of front wheels soon.
