ATTN: Fuel Pump core charges

If you are sending in your fuel pump for a core charge. will you please put a detailed letter as to who's pump it is and what it is for. we are receiving pumps from customers for many different reasons. some rebuild and some core charges. We will not issue refunds without a note. the few who have sent them in with out notes, i know who you are. but if soemone else is opening your packag they wont. so please i need a name, number, and what your package is about core charge.. rebuild, etc. also your core charge is credit back to the card you purchased with or if you used paypal it will credit back to that account.

How long does it usually take for this to get processed? USPS says you received my core on 3/15 and I haven't heard anything from you yet and no core refund to my Paypal. Order number was #5100. I included a very detailed note with my contact info, order number, and Paypal address from which I paid. I've tried calling but no one answers.
