(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score We have one of many manifolds ready to ship out with our direct port set up. We did the testing to find the best location for the nozzles and this angle and location seems to be it!!! This is for the hard core person that wants to push the meth/water limits of the motor or use this as a secondary fuel supply for there big turbo set up (just run pure M1 meth from VP and you will have anywhere from 600cc's of fuel to 2000 + cc's of additional fuel for your car) or run this with a V3 system so you can control the % of duty cycle then full on with a shot of N2O (this is what we have planned). Service that we offer: Port the manifold for and fill weld the holes that are no longer used. Drill, tap and machine the o-ring flats for the injector nozzles (at the proper angle). Comes complete with 4 nozzles of your choosing, distribution block and hose. All this for $649.00 There is a core charge on the manifold for $900 (yes they are that much new). This will be refunded to you after we get your good working core back, or you can send us your core if need be. If you just want the WI nozzles located into your manifold we can do this as well but the ITCS system (I think thats what everyone calls it) will have to be removed on your end our ours. You cannot this style of WI system with the plates in the way, it causes all sorts of odd flow patterns. This will cost you $375 if you want to get this done. Let me know what you guys think, thanks. (Never got a chance to get the full system installed and pictures taken, waiting on the core manifold to come back to me so we can get this done for you guys). |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Thanks, the N2O set up is going to be pretty cool. Running meth injection at 80/20 and a small shot of N2O (around a 50 shot) is going to work really well. We have been testing the on and off of the control solenoid that came with the WI system from full open to full closed and they respond with in .002 seconds of the N2O solenoid, so that made building the system easy. Now that we have an easy fuel supply for the N2O that doesn't pull from the HPFP supply, we can safely run N2O without worrying of starving the factory supply pump. 400 WHP here I come! |

| Not Ranked : 0 score looks pretty good but, say you are spraying meth...how will those locations be read by the ecu to show the drops in BAT??

They won't be and to be honest with you I don't feel that this set up is best for manipulating the sensor readings. This is for those that need large amounts of cooling for the air heading into the motor or more then what a single nozzle could deliver to the motor. If you want the sensor to be manipulated you could do that with a $10 DIY voltage clamp, but why? | |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Nitrous sounds like a good way to blow this motor, no? By the way, Snow Performance sells a nitromethane additive for meth injection, which they seem to claim to have similar effect as nitrous. I don't think I would want to run that either. But, just thought I'd throw that out there for comment. |
