This is getting closer and you definately want to make this if you are close enough to drive to it. There is no other Mazda event like this, 4 days of driving and partying with fellow mazda owners.

Installed Low Beam HID kit, 35w 6K with matching LED 6K fog bulbs. Hope to have a High Beam set before the meet. Looking forward to making a night pass or two down the Dragon. Night runs are great, you can see oncoming lights if there are any cars coming from the opposite direction, if not you can go harder without worring someone is going to pop up around the corner. No oncoming lights = haul ass.

Not too many cops out there this past weekend. Was a little dusty because of ditch clearing but that should be done by the time your even happens.

Thanks for the info. We are going out Thursday and Friday morning hitting the roads before the weekend crowds get out. The LEO's are usually thicker on Sat and Sun and that's when I'll get back in the pack and do a parade lap or two.

It was pretty packed on Friday. Saturday wasn't as bad...I think the dust had scared a lot of the bikes away!

1. Bring buckets and materials, there are only 4 bays, and there will be a lot going on. The faster we can get in and out the better.

11:00AM - Lunch
1. We don't all need to eat together... it's nice, but it creates a lot of havoc...

1. We should line cars up based upon car type and have this pre-designated
2. We need to make sure we 'register' each car for the show, I may do this ahead of time, and then we can have a sign up at the meet as well...
3. Each car owner also needs to get a raffle ticket.
4. We need to set a time/voting rules/eligibility etc...

12:15 - 1:00 - Voting
1. Everyone votes!

1:15 - 1:30 - Awards
1. First through fifth!
2. Some surprises

1:30 - 2:00 - Raffle/Door Prizes
1. Be sure to have your tickets ready.
2. Buy-in Raffle (IF WE HAVE ONE) will be at the end.

2:00 - 2:15 - Prep for dragon
1. We want to try and break everyone down into groups of 10-15 cars to make things go smoother out there on the road.
2. Carolina Mazdas will be our point personnel and will direct this portion of the meet (Thank you guys!)
3. MAKE SURE ALL LUGNUTS ARE TIGHTENED!!! (Per Babyface's almost disastrous example last year)

2:15 - 5:00 - Dragon Run
1. Please obey all rules of the road and drive smart! We don't want anyone having any problems.
2. There will be several locations for photo-ops and several members taking photos/video.
