Default Engine damper for MS6?

I've been bitchin' about the increased vibrations my car has since the BSD. Some vendor, I can't remember which, but some vendor was selling engine dampers for 3's. I'm not talking about the damper for the crank. What I'm talking about looks like a little shock absorber, and mounted somewhere around where the side motor mount goes. Such things are made for a lot of cars. Maybe something like that could be put on the MS6? Anybody know who makes the kit for the 3?

I need a 6 around me so I can take a look at where we have the room to mount it. Are the vibes really that bad? If so, damn it. We have done several locals cars with out one of them saying that they can tell a difference. I really don't want to say this but have you done a compression test lately? Checked the spark plugs? Let me know because this shouldn't be happening on just a BSD. Thanks.

Well, I had a lot of vibes even before the BSD. I have a lot of solid mounts. It has been suggested that maybe I just remove my front mount as it may be superflous with all the other mounts I have. I did get somewhat more used to the vibes after driving it for a few days, but, yeah, it was still fairly significant if you ask me.

Don't do an engine torque damper on an AWD car. ETDs dampen engine movement, which means it still moves. You want to keep any odd angles eliminated from the tranfer case connection to the driveshaft.

I say try this and get back to us. This might be the magic that makes the car drive better.
