Default Gauging Interest: Big Brake Kit

OK so we have been approached by one of the best in the business about making a Big Brake Kit for the Speed 3 and 6 and they want to know what you guys want out of it. They may be willing to get a special price for an initial group buy if they can get enough interest. These will be completely exclusive to us aswell. So any thoughts or comments please let me know.

it needs to be specifically valved for the speed6 and or speed 3 Master Cylinder as others on the market are not i would also like to se 6 pistons up front if not at least 4 and e pistons for the rear and still be a competitive price.

well the company has a Speed6 there so that isn't a problem having it made specific to the vehicle, although they may need a speed3 to test fit to. You have to remember in order to have something like 6 piston it will not be cheap. I don't think you will need anything like that but rest assured the pricing will be roughly the same as the others out there.

well the US rep and our local rep are both customers of ours so that is how we are making this happen. Like I said this is a gauging interest thing at this point. It is pretty expensive and not too many are willing to drop this kind of cash. They are very interested in making this work so much that they want to do private label or atleast exclusivity rights. Find me atleast 5 people and I can probably make this work.

I'd be interested, but makes sure they use 2 piece rotors with aluminum hats. There is no way I'm going to add unspring weight for a BBK when the kit I had on my 3 was almost 10 pounds lighter than the stock setup with 6piston wilwoods and 13" two piece rotors.

what they want to make is roughly a 362mm rotor. I need commited people though.

I'd need a firm price and some actual rotor/caliper specs before I could commit to anything. They would also have to fit inside my 18" wheels..

I had Wilwoods on my Cobra and they were indeed nice, 2 piece, custom anodized hats to match the cars paint. they did a similar thing that PG is doing, special pricing GB for development. I payed a tad over $2600 for my setup and it was worth it.

there is no money involved until parts are available but they need to know if it is worth their time.
