(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Hard to start Speed 6 I'm having a hard time starting my speed 6 but it's starting if im pumping the gas pedal, but when i have it started and holding revs at 3k the revs will drop and rise again without me moving the pedal at all. I went to the fuze box and the Electronic throttle control relay is extremely hot. I rotated the relays and it still gets hot.. Is something wrong with my throttle control/throttle body?? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score lol i meant 'circuit' as in the iac path of wiring and connectors, not an actual circuit. So to clarify, check the IAC sensor itself(if its dirty it will affect idle quality) and also check the wiring and connectors. As not to rain on your learning parade I have substitute knowledge that is relevant with the royal wedding almost here. The Royal Family were't always the Windsors. They changed their last name from Saxon und Goth to Windsor during the world war to avoid anti-german sentiment. A backup is that ketchup's top speed is .028 MPH.

Ok guys. I made progress. I got it idling with no extra gas. I drove her around town. Over 3000 rpms she flies. but under 3k rpms she's stuttering and hesitating.. Just to clarify.. the ETC relay. Is this Electronic Traction Control, or Electronic Throttle Control. BECAUSE, the traction loss light is on in my dash cluster.. I'm thinking maybe its cutting power because something is faulty in the ETC system? I'm getting close. | |

It seems like the engine starts when im pushing the throttle in and out repeatedly, and then when it get running it's smooth as hell above 1.5k rpms, but anything lower and it starts to stall.. Like the throttle body is closing too much. Can you guys check your ETC Relay and head relay and tell me if it's normal for them to get warm? not hot |
