179, 181, 176, 177... Tested last weekend. Keep in mind that the 142k were about 90% highway... My avg gas mileage for the lifetime of the Speed has been 28.9 as well, Logged by the on board computer.

My Supercharged BMW 318ti made it 237k... sold it without a single problem. There is no reason these cars cant make to see high mileage... you just need to take care of them, I over due it on Maintenance but hey whats goods a fast car that does not run.

I used to due close to 200 miles a day on the highway, thank god it was never really during rush hour.

I will post a pic tomorrow... was taken last week sometime. Dealer did all maintenance until the warranty ran out, everything from then on was done by myself.

the car was never babied, This is a fun cheap car, I doubt my E92 would have turned the same mileage and low cost of ownership.

God damn it, just lie to me please! give me some faith... Edit the above quote to say, "I have a 3076 tuned to 27psi, when I'm on the highway I race everything from H1s to Ferraris, I auto x every weekend I have every bolt on out there, everything ptp makes and a tune from John@thefucktardshop". I love the speed3, I have a 335i with the JB4 tune that I beat on when not driving all week. The speed3 is a quick fun little car not a drag racer but still fun.

gas sucks... I have a Grand Cherokee with the Hemi ( need something big enough for the dogs) I get 13 in that with gas over 4$ a gallon its costing me 100$ to fill up

I am telling you these cars can take it... I have a buddy who works at Mazda Corp and handles their attempt at getting dealers more into social media, I am trying to get him to ask a engineer what they put these motors through in testing, so far no luck

Yeahuh, but here is the thing, while most of us admire your high mileage, most of us are a lot more modded than you, and most likely drive a lot harder.

Ehh I drive it hard... not all the time, but it gets beat on I mean how could I not, even with more bolt on's I'am willing to bet my car would still be running fine, Who knows maybe I got the one factory freak that was built to take it. Now that I am cutting back on the miles I am going to mod it more starting with TBE, Tune, FMIC, I currently only have a SRI and rear motor mount.

We will see how she holds up after the extra mods.

lol Lets get past the first few set of mods and if she's still rock solid I will go with a 3071R
