Intake Manifold gasket Sealant or not?

Hi, first time posting here. I have a gen 1 Mazdaspeed 3 and I'm having to change my intake manifold gasket because it's leaking. I've googled up and down everywhere and it doesn't say whether it needs sealant or not. It's a metal composite gasket by fel pro. Just doesn't say anywhere to not use it or to use it. My first assumption is it doesn't need sealant because it'll just compress under torque. Thanks and sorry if this has been answered already.

no sealant is required.

exact no need for sealant. it is crush to seal and it isn,t re-usable.
both face need to be plane and clean
