Default MS3 engine into MS6

I'm going to be swapping an MS3 engine from my totaled 08 MS3 into a 2006 Speed 6 that needs a new motor. My MS3 motor has 133k but was running fine and I just did the VVT and timing chain replacement in April so that is sorted. I have a couple questions below. Keep in mind this has to be my daily so no mods right now but I'm planning to keep the pulled MS6 motor and rebuild that plus mods.
1) Anything I should do to the motor while its out before putting into the MS6?
2) Anything need to be swapped from the MS6 motor to the MS3 or is it straight drop in?
3) Maintenance that should be done in the MS6 engine bay when everything is out and easily accessible tranny/trasnfer case etc?

Thanks

Great plans, since you got done the vvt.. the only thing I could suggest is to do the rear main seal and a clutch/flywheel kit
