For BOSE:
One thing that seemed to work for me is to normalize all audio on your SDcard/CD. I didn mine to 89dbs and it was fine. I can turn it up to 14-15 with no problems. The only thing I cant seem to get rid of is a TAD bit of buzz at 1 or 2 volume. Once I go higher then that no more buzz, I cant even hear the buzz at 1 or 2 if the car is on BUT I konw its there so hence I feel like I hear it.

Just a update for some people:

Still have my headunit, still working fine. Ken did send me a ipod cable (not the one that charges, but the one that has 3 RCA's (video, and audio left and right). I installed that using the inputs in the back of deck (RCA inputs). Works nicely, only thing is I cant do charging but I gain video so tit for tat.

I been liking the headunit even though there has been some hiccups (as explained earlier) for the price, the timline of when I got the unit and all that I am pretty satisfied. Also to note that Ken DID make good on his work and helped out. So yay!
