Power gains with just an air intake and catback.

What kind of power gains will I see with just an Air intake (short ram type) and catback exhaust. I would like to have 300/300 motor not wheels.
Is this possible without voiding the warrenty. I can go back to stock on the intake for stealership visits.
My guess is around 285 maybe 290 max with the two modds. Are there any other stealthy modds to get me closer to the 300 hp goal.
Will I even gain any power with a catback exhaust?

Its hard to say, theoreticaly you may have 280 with the two at the motor... Maybe

the CBE wont give you any real noticeable gains.

I am in the same boat. I wanted to mod without voiding my warranty. I got a MS CAI and a MS CBE. I noticed significant gaind from the CAI but nothing from the CBE. The CBE sounds better but the butt dyno felt nothing. I think if you get the MS CAI and CBE and an ACCESSPORT that will be as close as you can get to your goal. You can always put it bacjk to stock tune before going to the dealer. It takes like 5 mins.

CBE gains will be minimal. Maybe 5 at the most. Only thing i can think of is intake, RP and MBC/clamp.

i made 269 at the wheels with just sri and ap. Thats gotta be damn close to 300 motor
