(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Running the Stage 2 OTS map from Cobb with some serious issues. My HPFP numbers have shit the bed in the middle of the log then rebounded. It looks like I have to tear down the pump and have a look which I have no time for these days. I never had KR previous to this map either, any ideas? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score yeah, looks like it drops when you hit a load of 2 and comes back up when you go under 1.9, must just be working to hard and crapping out on you. kmds have been doing that lately it seems. wouldnt do anymore wot runs. and the kr doesnt look serious, <1 whatever. also did you ever do a maf calibration? your ltft are 10 and 5 before you go into OL. (Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'm just getting into all of this. I was hoping to hand it over to Lex but he won't touch anything until I get this resolved. I'll have to scour the forums and try and do a MAF cal without fucking up. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score read abilor's tuning guide, it's very clear on how to do the maf cal. and it looks like you need new internals.

I don't blame Lex for not taking on a problem, I've made that mistake a couple of times... Make sure you have the correct OTS map, check your intake/ vac lines/ etc. for leaks, and pull/ clean/ reinstall the HPFP internals.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Bucker, you mention in the max load tables that you use the values 1.1 for gas and 1.25 for E85 mixes. Is that across the board for all RPM values? Seems after reading the help file that these values are a transition value, meaning below this value would be CL and above OL, right?

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yes, but it would be best to just wait for Cobb to release fuel scaling rather than having to fuck around with redoing every load table/value on the map.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I got the KMD internals a month ago. I just pulled the fuel pump apart and everything looked great. There is some play between the shaft and the collar however, could this be the trouble spot for KMD? I cleaned the shit out of everything and threw it back together and am still getting awfully low numbers. Should I go through with trying to exchange them? It seems that all my lines are good, it holds boost just fine. |

i tried 5 sets of internals they all failed eventually one after 5k miles Ill never waste the time and energy again i got a cpe pump ... i think all the internals fail because they are not getting the exact tolerance and material correct i think materials play a huge part. (i.e. special coating) | |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I figured it was a tolerance issue, even though it's so miniscule it gets magnified greatly at the pressures its under. |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Went back to stock internals on a stage 1 OTS map and still having issues at a load around 2. I believe my sensor contacts were dirty. I was showing pressure around 40 at turn key prior to cleaning! Back up to 1700 now. Time to clean the spill valve maybe? I'm starting to go crazy and hate leading on Lex. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Could be the pressure relief...apparently our friend John at hpfpupgrade is making replacements...I'm probably wrong though, and he is most likely still shady, but it could be a good part regardless. |
