Well it saddens me to say I was in a car accident this morning and I'm pretty sure my speed6 is totaled. I'm ok aside from a banged up left knee from hitting the steering column and a sprained right foot from braking, and of course all the other slight muscle soreness which will probably be more evident tomorrow. i was making a left turn and I thought the guy was in the lane to go on the onramp which I was headed towards, well I guess not and he nailed from front end and spun me 180 degrees. mazda definitely built a safe vehicle with the speed6.


i'm glad i took my exhaust and fmic off a few months ago, to mad my down pipe is still on it. i did manage to get my corksport tmic off and i might go back to get my cobb intake (minus filter since it was destroyed) and also my cobb inlet. maybe my hpfp if i can get to it.

Dam my ms3 took the same hit but more towards the center of the hatch and its wasnt totaled

Glad that you're ok, man, that looks pretty rough. MAKE SURE THAT THE INSURANCE PAYS YOU FOR A GT, NOT A SPORT! Insurance tried to do that to me and another ms6 owner who totaled his, and the difference was ~$1500 for both of us. Even if they figure all the options that make it a GT, they will still most likely try to run it as a sport.

So many MS cars have been totaled lately, it's pretty sad.

anyone looking for parts the only real things i saved were:
-cobb ap
-obd extension cable with 90 degree plug
-corksport tmic
-stock tmic shroud
-cobb intake with out filter
-black mica shark fin
-still have my stock downpipe, intake, inlet
-kuda cell phone mount
-block8head vent pod and mechanical boost gauge
-rear hawk hps brake pads I never installed
-my other set of rims (rota p1's gunmetal)

couldn't get my cobb inlet off because it was smash in between the master cylinder and engine, which also wouldn't let me get my upgraded hpfp out.

i'm probably going to have to go back one more time because i forgot my stinking garage door opener.

just have to pull the radio i believe and it connect to it. i am not sure where the box resides. If you can get the box and all i will pick it up from you just let me know if you can get it..
